Adel paints for impact and a lasting impression. Always with a view to creating beautiful work that pleases viewers of all ages and tastes. Influenced by the Impressionists and Neo-impressionists, as well as the Canadian Group of Seven, Adel expresses his love of nature in a way that aims at serenity. He may use varying styles and techniques. He may use vivid or muted colors, simple or complex designs, soft or textured bold stokes, and experiments with different light patterns. Yet the paintings show honesty and are seldom away from reality. It does not allow for imagination to take over completely, not due to inability but to stay truthful and provide beauty and depth of feelings.
